Dreaming of what's next

I should be cleaning or regrouping or doing laundry. But here I sit filled with passion, vision, and dreams for these young people that I love so much. I am thinking of summer missions trips with them - I've already called my church's missions director to brainstorm some ideas. I will need to talk with my husband (after all, he is the pastor!) I know he will be excited about my thoughts. I sure am!

And I am thinking about what musicals to do next year. And what to do for choir.

I am reminded once again of the need to find the potential in individuals. As adults, as nurturers, we must know that value exists in each and every person and must help them discover and believe that as well. It is rewarding and exciting work!

Here are some more pictures like I promised. Just go to her site and click on flikr!

I told you Mrs. Sinclair that you were thinking about what to do next year. And to think - there possibly might be no musical next year. It can't happen it won’t happen! I’m also putting in my vote again for a third night. I'll get my petition going around in the fall and present it to you audition day.

I had so much fun Mrs. Sinclair! Thank you so much for giving your time up and making it such a memorable year like you always do. And for allowing Matt and I to come over and just hang out, or stop by for dinner. Those are some of my favorite memories. And as far as the "reunion get together" I was thinking, we either have to do it before May 21, or after graduation. But the problem is, we don't know when the DVD will be done. Worst comes to worst, we could just use anybody’s copy and watch that, although it would be nice to see a more professional one. Oh well, those are just some ideas. I'm brain storming just like you. You've taught me well. : )

Josh and Mrs. Sinclair,
As far as I know, the capturing of the digital video is going well. The program John is using is automatically breaking it down into "scenes" based on movement. It's pretty cool. Josh, we're going to need your "behind the scenes" videography to download, too, if you want it included in the DVD (I think it's a great idea!). You can drop it off at John's office at Potsdam any time (he's a little further down the hall than before, fyi).

Once again, great job everyone!

You are an amazing director! I was so impressed with the way you saw potential in people and gave them an opportunity to shine. So don't even think about not doing it again, because it is a blessing to so many people.
